Here are some questions we frequently are asked which you may find useful.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to UK Mainland is usually next working day, large items take up to 3 working days and Ireland and Highlands up to 3 working days.

Over seas takes between 3 and 5 working days


What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

You must sign for the parcel as damaged and contact us by email with images of the damage. If any large goods arrive and they are badly damaged you should refuse the delivery.

 

What should I do if I order something wrong and want to return it?

No problem, return it to the address on the top of the invoice, also found on the contact us form. It must be in original packaging and unused. We strongly recommend you take cover against any damage returning it

 

Can I pay using Paypal? 

Yes, at the checkout though you can also pay by card, you don`t need a paypal account to shop with us


Can I have my order shipped to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, at the checkout there is a section for shipping address, this can be to a work place, neighbour etc


Where are you based?

We are a UK company based in Lincolnshire. We import goods from over seas and support UK suppliers also


Do you have a shop?

No we don`t. It would be impossible to display all our goods in a shop so we have storage warehouses to keep large stocks so we can fulfil all orders


Can I track my parcel?

Goods over 5kg are sent through DPD and are trackable. You will receive an email or text to the address/number on your order giving you a delivery time. Post Office goods are not trackable


What if I am not in?

Youwill receive an email with a 1 hour time slot, if that slot is not convenient on the email or text you can edit it and choose to leave with a neighbour, or leave in a safe place, alternatively to re deliver a different day. If you are not in they will attempt delivery a second time. GPS is used by the couriers and pictures taken so they can prove delivery has been attempted. Large goods on pallets must be signed for.


What if I don`t want the goods now?

If you refuse delivery you will be charged a re stocking and return fee. You can return them to us at your own cost for a refund

Are my details used or passed on? Are they secure with you?

We have no access to payment details, you are taken off our page and onto paypal secure sites to pay. No customer details are given to any third parties ever
